If you finished 24 days of yoga in less than a month, congratulations!  I’m guessing you are the kind of person who sets a goal and sticks with it to the very end.  If that's the case, you're going to crush your next THING too.

Just because you finished the 24 days of yoga quickly, I'm not going to leave you hanging for the rest of the month.  Here’s what I have for you to fill the rest of your free time with more yoga.

First, you can finish Your 30 Day Yoga Revolution.  I left you at day 23.  Adriene has 7 more days of yoga for you.

Here are some of my all-time favorite free yoga practices:

Doing yoga made me realize how tight my hips are.  Other than the fact that she has you do a chair pose right away, I love this practice.   I come back to this video every week to work on opening my hips.

As you get more used to yoga, you might be looking to extend your practice.  This is a challenging yet rewarding practice focused on core strength that definitely should count as your workout for the day.

If you ever choose running as your THING, this is my favorite post-run yoga practice.  I am never sore the next day if I do this whole practice after my run.

As we've already covered, flexibility isn't necessary to enjoy the benefits of yoga.  But it's definitely something you can strive for.  This is a 30-minute flexibility practice that even I can do (which should inspire confidence).

This is a 30 minute yoga practice for your abs and arms that is a great one to return to time and time again.  To be clear, I hate it.  But I love how I feel after it.

This one is great for a day that you’ve already done your THING but you still feel motivated to get one more chill yoga practice in before bed.
